Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds


Merchandise may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the order. After that time, only damaged or defective items may be returned. All merchandise must be in resalable condition unless damaged or defective, items cannot be returned if worn or washed.  Original shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded unless it is a damaged item. To return an order, for a refund, please write the reason for the return on a copy of the packing ticket and include it with the order. Please mail all returns to:

Damaged & Incorrect Goods

We do our best to check all outgoing product, however if you receive damaged or incorrect goods please contact our customer service at csr@rockandrolltshirts.com. We will issue a return label as well as ship replacement/correct goods to you.

 

Exchanges

We do accept exchanges, items must be in new resalable condition and not worn or washed.  Items would need to be returned along with a $10 money order or check made out to Dreamer, LLC to cover postage for new items and restocking fees. Please include a note with your order with the order number as well as the exchange item you need, The return address is:

Pre-Sales

For items that are sold on pre-order status, your account will be charged at the time that your order is placed; If the order cannot be fulfilled your account will be credited in full. If you choose to cancel your order before it ships, your account will be credited in full. Please contact customer service if the credit has not been received. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow the return policy and guidelines.
